  • Friends of 206 for enhancement and maintenance of pocket part bounded by Maryland Ave, D St, 6th and 7th St. NE
  • Barracks Row Community Garden for a shed/greenhouse for garden located at the DC Parks and Recreation Center at 11th and M Streets, SE
  • Trees for Capitol Hill for 10 trees to be planted by volunteers in public places
  • Pomegranate Alley Community Garden for new garden at 11th and Eye Streets, SE

Arts Programs

  • Catalyst Theater Company for support of its fourth season
  • Capitol Hill Chorale to support June 2005 concert
  • Lesbian and Gay Chorus of Washington, D.C. for winter concert "Wade in the Water"
  • Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual/Transgendered Arts Consortium for annual Martin Luther King, Jr. free concert for the community
  • Capitol Hill Arts Workshop to provide an art teacher at Tyler School for 3 hours per week for 20 weeks
  • Eastern Choral Society to support an internship to organize service projects for Choir Members
  • Momentum Dance Theatre for Jazz Hip Hop Nutcracker performance at Stuart-Hobson Middle School
  • Capitol Hill Youth Chorus to support the choir
  • Folger Shakespeare Library for its Page to Stage program in a Capitol Hill School
  • The Corner Store for completion of video project with 19 boys from Potomac Gardens
  • The Shakespeare Theatre for the Southeast Project, an after school community based program
  • Rosetta Brooks, St. Mark's Dance Studio, for after school class at Capitol Hill United Methodist Church
  • The Theater Alliance to underwrite the Madcap Players Winter Carnival of new plays at the H Street Playhouse
