Grant Self-Evaluations and Spring 2020 Grant Deadlines extended

In light of the current COVID-19 crisis, the Foundation has extended the deadlines for both the Self Evaluations (for Fall 2019 Grants) and for the upcoming Spring 2020 Grant Applications.

Self Evaluations for Fall 2019 Grants will be due by Monday April 20th at 6pm.

New Spring 2020 Grant Applications will be due by Monday April 27th at 6pm.

BOTH, the Self Evaluations and Seasonal Grant Applications can be filled out online at https://webportalapp.com/sp/home/chcf_seasonal
